Support Services

The NextCorp Support Team provides comprehensive application and technical support so you can concentrate on your business. One key to getting the full potential out of your application is to make sure your personnel are able to get assistance when they need it. No one should have to work less efficiently because they're worried about being charged for the help that they need.

Use Email support for situations that involve the relaying of specific error messages or other text messages which can be copied into an email for assessment by the support technician.

The Support Team HelpDesk is there when you need them to answer questions or address issues that you may be experiencing.

Complex Issues

Requiring Hands-On Assistance

When a support case involves a highly complex issue that cannot be resolved easily over the phone, the case is assigned to a dedicated consultant for review and resolution.

Online Training

Essentials and Enterprise on-line classes are taught by Microsoft certified professionals and are based on the Microsoft Dynamics™ GP curriculum for transaction processing and reporting.

Classes begin at 10:00am CST and last 60-90 minutes. Audio/visual log-in information is provided upon registration.

Classroom Training

The NextCorp Classroom Training program was developed to help our clients get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics™ GP. Comprehensive classes taught by experienced Microsoft certified professionals enable users to gain confidence in using the application in a hands-on environment.

Microsoft Dynamics™ GP courses follow the standard Microsoft curriculum and are taught by a Microsoft certified professional. Each user receives Microsoft Dynamics™ GP course materials as part of the training. Classes are held at the NextCorp offices in Las Colinas.

On-Site Training

Our experience has taught us that being able to relate the actual business transactions of your company to the process steps in Microsoft Dynamics™ GP increases learning retention in users and mitigates their apprehension with a new system. On-site training for Microsoft Dynamics™ GP is part of the SMB IT Manager and is available upon request.

NextCorp Professional Services works with you to design a class curriculum using your data in a test environment. On-site training can include:

  • Specific classes centered around a particular module, group of modules or particular reporting needs
  • A specialized class that teaches end users how to best use Microsoft Dynamics™ GP for your business processes
  • Individual hands-on training using your data in real life examples
  • A combination of the above
