  19. How do I know my data is secure?

SMB is hosted in a state of the art data center that has complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security. The data center facilities sit atop multiple power grids with multiple power conditioning and distribution systems and redundant on-site generator power. The HVAC systems are a combination of glycol, chilled water, and condenser units to provide redundancy in cooling. Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (very early smoke detection apparatus) along with over 600 smoke detectors. Network connectivity comes from 10+ managed backbone providers with twelve more third party backbone providers available in the building via cross connect. Security is also concern for our customers so all facilities are key card access with CCTV for maximum security. All visitors to the data center must check in and out of the facility. The goal is to provide maximum redundancy in every facet of the data center environment to facilitate 99% up-time for your entire hosting infrastructure.
