Pallets are Back!

Some of you may remember Dynamics GP Pallets. Pallets were menu windows that opened on the desktop when an upper level menu function option was selected. It was a method of keeping the menus open and available. Well now they are back! Sort of;

When a user selects Sales, Financial, Purchasing or any other software series using the Address Bar or Navigation Pane, the content pane changes to display a list of tasks associated with that series.

Users can click on a function, making the screen for that function to display in another window. The detailed list of functions remain in the Content Pane. The user can then easily select another detail function opening another window.

Each group of functions can be expanded to show each of the detailed functions in the group.

The expansion arrow can be clicked to expand or collapse the function list.
